Stealing is illegal. As long as we're talking about some tangible object in the physical world, everyone seems to agree.
(copyrighted cd)
If someone walks into a store and steals a CD, it's clearly wrong and illegal.
But when you start stealing property online, in a virtual world, the line seems to blur for a lot of people. Is it ok to download music online? Can I burn a CD of my favorite songs? Can I download an emulator of that great old game?

That's why I've decided to start this web site. I'm not a lawyer. I don't work for, or have any relationship with, the RIAA or any such organization. I'm here only to provide some ideas, and information to those interested in finding out the truth.

I hope that you will take the time to read through these thoughts, follow some of the links, and make some decisions for yourself rather than just going along with what a lot of people are saying.
Stealing is illegal, even if it's online.
Please follow the links at the left side of your screen to view the information that interests you. Chances are, if you're reading this, you'll be most interested in section 2: faqs & arguments.
